Wednes-Day 1
Chem 4/5 - discussed the various kinetic factors with respect to avg KE collisions, orientation, and collision frequency, and ultimately the effective collision rate.
Began to look at graphical methods of determining reaction rates, and comparing reaction rate to the rates of appearance/disappearance of products/reactants.
Chem 8 - up to surface area influence on rxn rate.
APB - covered isobaric and isochoric graphs and equations. Derived the Cp and Cv values.
Discussed but did not yet do isothermal and adiabatic curves. HW 39 handed out.
